Nausea, IBS, DIVERTICULOSIS with no periods.

Resolved question:
I hope you can help because it seems that no one can!!! I'm 56 yrs old and haven't had my period for a year and 8 months. Two years old patientago, I started having bouts of nausea, pain( either on one side or all over my abdomen), vomiting & bloating. I have been diagnosed with IBS,severe acid reflux, and during a colonoscopy/endoscopy (2 yrs ago), the doctor detected a small area of Diverticulosis.
Have had CT scans, MRI, but was told my gallbladder and liver are fine. I've told the doctors that I am NOT a hypochondriac and know how I feel.
I'm 5'10" and 250# which I'm not happy about:(( I've been taking medications for hypothyroidism hypertension, depression, panic & anxiety, bipolar and insomnia for quite a while, so I know that isn't the cause, Why is it so hard for anyone to find the problem and resolve this for once & all??? My friends have told me to go to Loyola or Mayo Clinic.
Can you help me???

I would like to have some more information before I can give my opinion.
1. Are you a diabetic?
2. Are the symptoms getting worsened with any specific food items?
3. What medications are you taking for these symptoms?
4. Was gastric emptying scan done?
Get back to me with these information and I would give my opinion.
