Resolved question:
My gf didn't have her period in 3 months but in the beginning of the 4th months she had a slight blood that lasted roughly a day and half... could she be pregnant?
Note: she didn't take any pills or any kinds of test...

Yes, there is a chance that she is pregnant if she was sexually active in the past. The bleeding could be a spotting / a sign of an incomplete abortion. The only definitive way to know for sure is an Ultrasound scan. This will give a good idea on what is causing this delayed periods.
In case she is not pregnant the test will give a clue on why the periods are delayed.
