Hi, I have this scab on my nose for about week that won't seems to heal, dry and go away. I had the same problem a few years old patientback but on a different area of my house, the problem seems to only come during the summer time. So far I rinsed it with peroxide but no sign of improvement. Please help.

It looks like it could be a basal cell carcinoma. It will be best to go to a dermatologist to get it checked out and take treatment.
It will not be wise to treat it on your own as it requires a doctor's immediate supervision and treatment.
