Hello,

Undoubtedly your weight is inappropriately high and you should take it on mind to reduce it. Calorie restriction, Exercise and right kind of diet will help you. Take the help of a dietitian for calorie cut and a fitness trainer for calorie expenditure. Your TMT 2 years back is now out of validity. If you have chest pain get a TMT. An ECG at rest though normal is not a guarantee against coronary artery disease. As far as Hs CRP is concerned, it predicts the future probability that you may have a event in future. So modify your lifestyle, eating habits and cut down on weight. You may start Rosuvastatin to reduce your risk even though you have normal lipids
