I have been on testosterone cypionate shots for about 10 months now. I am wondering if I am developing gyno. I have no discharge, tenderness or lumps. I am attaching a picture.

Although it is difficult to make out from a picture alone, but it does appear to be that way. It is a known effect of testosterone therapy, as it gets converted to the female hormone, estrogen in the body.
What was the indication for which it has been started?
If not for a solid indication, I recommend discontinuation in guidance with your Doctor.
