I understand your concern.
I have reviewed your reports, and all your reports are normal apart from slightly elevated SGPT.

Hello doc, Please have a look ar my reports and give your opinion. My doubt here is in report albumin creatinine ratio for random urine sample it says albumin 10mg% and creatinine 55mg% and ratio as 0.2 but here what is this 10mg% of albumin means ? Is this value is abnormal ? Does it indicate some problem ? Or its normal ?

Expert:  Dr. Sree Bhushan Raju replied 2 Days.

Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Yes, both the albumin and creatinine reports are fine. Spot Creatinine is more important than albumin levels in ensuring any kidney disorder. The range is anywhere between 30-300 mg %. Yours is 55 mg%, which rules out any kidney abnormality.
Also the ratio is 0.2, which is again normal.
Only values over 0.5 is considered to be abnormal.
So please do not worry.
Regards.

Hello Doc, Thank you for your reply. for my understanding what is this % means in report. ? And as you mentioned creatinine is normal . This 30-300mg% is for creatinine or albumin ? What is the range for albumin ? And By looking ar reports do u feel i need further consultation or i can relax ? And i have one more question when i have done unrinanalysis albumin was NIL But in UACR how come albumin is 10mg ? How these wi be calculated.

Expert:  Dr. Sree Bhushan Raju replied 1 Day.

Hello,
- mg % means mg per 100 ml of solution/blood/urine
- 30-300% is for creatinine
-albumin creatinine ratio less than 30 % is normal which is 10% in your case
So, you don't need to worry
Hope it helps
Regards
