Ovaries are of different sizes. Should I be concerned?

Resolved question:
i have just had a gyn check up and had a transvaginal ultra sound to check that every thing was ok . according to the report every thing is normal but i noticed that my ovaries are different sizes one is 7mm x 6 x 8 and the other is 15mm x8 x9 the doctor said it was nothing to worry about and that they looked normal. should i be concerned. i am 51 years old and postmenopausal, and suffering from health anxiety . please can you reassure me ! thank you
