Pain, heaviness in elbow on extending arm. Cause?

Resolved question:
I woke up last week with pain in my elbow. It only really hurts when I either extend my arm fully or lift something heavy. It is slightly painful to the touch on the very tip of my elbow. Is this possibly tennis elbow? I haven't injured it in any way that I can think of.

Yes, some swelling. No history of diabetes. I am an IT consultant I spend most of my time in front of a computer. I am left handed and it's my left elbow.

Yes, constant pressure can cause a lot of inflammation around the joint leading to pain in the elbow.
Tennis elbow is a possibility, I will request you to get an x-ray and share it with me.
Meanwhile you can take a painkiller like Advil for relief.
Regards.
