Hello,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern
I would like to know a few things before I can answer your question.
1) Where is the pain exactly located on the right side?
2) Can you describe how it is? How does it feel? stabbing/burning/squeezing/or any other type?
3) Does it get worse by activity or exercise?
4) Do you ever feel short of breath?
5) Is is more with movement of the arm, turning your body or any other movement?
6) Is it aggravated after lunch or dinner?
7) Is there any factor which relieves the pain or it just resolves spontaneously?
7) Is there any other site where you feel the pain?
8) Do you have diabetes/ hypertension?
Regards

HELLO, 1- the pain is located on the right pectoralis beisde the middle chest. please check the picture attched. 2- the pain is like stabbing, it only comes for like 2 seconds and go and it has been like this for more than five month. sometimes it disappears for couple of days then it comes back. 3- i suspected it was from weight lifting, so i stopped but i still excersise boxing and fitness and it doesnt affect on the spot. i train normal. 4- i used to be a smoker, so my breath has always been somehow heavy but cant say its short of breath as i excesise normally and play football. 5- usually it happens if i am sitting in the house and espically when i wake up at night to go to bathroom or in the morning. 6- it is not aggravated by food.and it only occurs one time in morning and sometimes afetrnoon or night. 7- the pain is always in the exact spot. 8- No please note that a doctor told me its anxiety, and other doctor told me that its muscle ( he made me sleep and started pressing with his finger and when he touched the specified area, i felt discomfort)so he said i should neglect it will go by itself. its not really affecting my life but after all this time, i am surprised it still occurs. also would like to note that i feel cold quickly, and when i feel cold i fart and have like air in my chest. dont know if this affects, couldnt link the pain to it. some say it may be heartnurn, i did stomach monitor and there is no problem with stomach.i have neglected it and lived normal life but i just want to know, if its really muscle why its not curing. please also note that i went to heart doctor and he made all tests and said my heart is in very good condition and no problems. thank you

Hello,
Thank you for your detailed follow up.
So since hypertension/ diabetes and other cardiqc ailments has been ruled out it is unlikely to be something serious.
Also such pain can occur in GERD, but that has been ruled out too.
The pain being unilateral and disappearing in 2-3 seconds, is most likely to be due to costochondritis ( inflammation of the ribs area ).
Have you tried any medicines till now? Normally a course of Advil for 7 days is adequate to relieve the pain. Let me know if you have already tried any other medicines.
Feel free to discuus further,
Regards.

No you can use Voltaren.
It will work on the muscle, there will be no damage to the heart.
A course of Tab. Advil can also be tried for a week.
