Pain in foot, more on straightening. Is it DVT?

Resolved question:
Hi there,

( Left Foot )
I am worried I could have DVT. However I am not sure. About 4 days ago a weird but mild pen would happen on the sole of my foot when i'd walk like a pen just sticking under it, 4 days down the line its sort of still there but when I straighten out my foot I feel a mild pain on my vein? on the top side of my foot, the foot doesn't really look swelled , i'll attach a photo.

I don't have any pain the calf or anything, sometimes the pain would kind of feel like it would go up the thigh ( vein? ) but nothing painful, I can still walk just fine.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
From the picture, it is difficult to make out any venous dilatation.
You do not have any symptoms suggestive of DVT, as in DVT the pain is severe and increases on exercise.
It could be due to a long standing varicosity, which can be confirmed only on physical examination.
Do you have any history or Hypertension/ T2DM? What is your profession? Do you have to stand for long periods of time? Can you feel any venous dilatation around your calf/ thigh region?
Please feel free to discuss further,
Dr. Jay
