Pain, inflammation on TRICEPS, on NAPROXEN. Whwn will heal?

Resolved question:
I am facing severe pain and inflammation on my triceps. Doctor recommended naproxen 500 mg twice a day. It's been 10 days of taking medicine with some relief. How much more time it will take to get fully healed?

Hello Tariq,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
There are degenerative changes at the macula on seeing the OCT, that is the cause of poor vision in the right eye, but their is nothing to worry at all. If you can keep good glycemic control with HBA1C below 7.5, then this won't progress. Such changes are common in diabetics, if you do maintain your sugar levels, then this can be prevented from any further progress.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards

Thank you doctor.
I am a bit confused, why there are different opinions about the oct.
I also noticed that when I wear my wife's glasses my vision vision much improved which is higher by 0.5 degrees of what I am wearing taking into consideration that last time I did eye test was 3 years ago.
How bad this degeneration is? What should I expect for the future I am only 35 and very concerned about the future.
Can this shadow vide afloater or debris on the cornea/lense?
Finally, from what I read drusens are the indicator for MD, and looking at the retina snapshot I can't see any drusens. Also comparing the oct to normal eyes I haven't seen any difference what exactly on the oct made you to give this diagnoses.
I am sorry for all the questions but I really need to know what can be done to prevent and maintain the vision I have now for many years to come. Should I talk certain vitamins and zinc as recommended?
I.com gong through a sever depression and need some assurance.
Thank you,
Tariq

Dear sir,
As far as degeneration is concerned , all degenerations are not drusen and secondly its not necessary that it will increase, & wearing someone else's glasses & feeling better can only indicate that you have a refractive error near to your power .
The degeneration can stay as it is and not worsen.
You can start yourself on multivitamin + antioxidant supplements like Neurobion Forte.
Please do not be depressed, you just need to relax.

Thank you doctor.
I would really appreciate if you can point on the oct the degeneration, I have been comparing my oct to many other normal oct and I couldnt find the difference.
So this is a diabetic change and you said it will not progress if I keep tight control, can the prognosis be predicted? How sure sre you that it will not progress if I keep tight control?
Thank you, Tariq

Dear Sir
The OCT is see by me, I see a degeneration in the peripheral centre.
I could have shown it to you if you were in front of me.
However I can assure you, if you keep tight glycemic control, then it won't progress and you need not worry.

Thank you doctor, my final question and I am sorry to bother you with so many questions, which stage is this degeneration? And from what you see can you tell how long did I have it for ?
Thank you

Hello,
Even though it is difficult to predict the exact duration, it is definitely early stage.
Please maintain adequate glycemic control and it will not progress.
Regards.
