You have two problems as per your reports
1. Sigmoid diverticulae and it's symptoms
Treatment - surgery for its complications like bleeding, obstruction, repeated diverticulitis etc...otherwise it will be managed with medications
2. Adhesive subacute intestinal obstruction
Treatment - usually with medications. ..requires surgery only in few patients
This is common after any abdominal surgery

Thank you for your reply.
1. I was operated and through laparoscopic treatment my ovaries and uterus was removed about 4 years ago for excessive bleeding.
2. I have the following symptoms:
a) feeling of wanting to go to motion always; though I go only once mostly, occasionally twice, mostly solid, occasionally semi-solid and loose. Occasionally, I see food particles. Sometimes mucus
b) pain at the lower abdomen going upto back and down to the groin level
C) gas is coming out occasionally.
Kindly guide me on food and medication and how long it will take for me to be alright.

Your symptoms goes more in favour of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome ). ..
You need to take regular diet without skipping a meal
Should take more boiled food than fried items
Should take good amount of dietary fibres
You don't need any surgeries
