Hi,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You are constipated and painful per rectal bleeding.
These symptoms indicate either anal fissure or thrombosed hemorrhoids.
Rectal examination should be done to confirm the diagnosis.
The following should be done.
1. Take high fiber diet and stool softeners like lactulose.
2. Drink plenty of fluids.
3. Do sitz bath. Sit in a tub of warm water exposing the anal part to it.
4. Apply topical diltiazem and lignocaine.
I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if there are any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
