Resolved question:
i have a painful pimple inside belly button with blood and puss. It appeared around 10 days ago, it was not itchy nor painful at first, after a few days it started to get slowly bigger and slightly painful only when pressed. After I went to the gym and did some jogging and running it swelled quite fast and the following day it became a lot bigger and oozing blood and puss. The pimple is almost as big as my belly button now

From the picture, it looks like a furuncle. A furuncle is a bacterial infection of the skin.
However, it would be better to visit a doctor who can physically examine it, as it's difficult to judge it's dimensions and origin from the picture.
The treatment for it would be a course of oral antibiotics like erythromycin. Application of fucidin cream or neosporin cream would be helpful.
You would need a prescription for the oral antibiotics and the fucidin cream.
