1. Is there any history of unusual activity or trauma resulting in this pain ?
2. Where exactly is the pain ? Over the shoulder / back of upper arm / ..?
3. Is there pain at rest ? Which movement is most painful ? Moving above shoulder / sidewise ?
4. Is there pain if you press the area ?
Please let me know what kind of movement elicits maximum pain.
