Hi Doctor,

I am a 43yo healthy female suffering from little white pimples, painless and hard to the touch on the sides of the nose for the last three months. At least one pimple got dried up and a dry skin fell off leaving no mark. Please see images and advice!

Hello

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern.

This is referred to as milia. Its a cyst of the skin filled with dead skin or keratin.
Is completely harmless and it only has cosmetic concern.

The treatment for it would be burning it off with a radio frequency machine by a dermatologist. There is no cream to treat it. Even after removal there could be a chance of recurrence.

Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care
