Dear Doctor
This is the first time i have this symptom, I've had one big and few small red spots which are not itchy or painful on my right scrotum for almost two weeks, these red spots spread compared to the first notice. I actually got tested negative on Herpes and Syphilis. I have G6PD.

I can understand your concern.
It looks like a fungal infection. It happens mainly in conditions in heat and humidity.
I would recommend application of lamisil cream twice a day for two weeks.
That would help resolve the condition.
