Resolved question:
I have sinus pressure/headache...I am on lisinophil half a 5 mg tablet, levothyroxine 25mcg, and sometimes clonazepam (have not had for 2wks)...my blood pressure this morning is116/69.....my question is can I take one 30mg pseudoephedrine HCI 30 mg? Or one phenylephrine HCI 5mg.?..the Sudafed works the best....been steaming during the day...

I understand your concern.
Comparing the two drugs, pseudoephedrine is a better choice ( Sudafed ) because there are still some doubts regarding phenylephrine as a decongestant. Also since it works well for you, you should persist.
Your BP is also fine and hence there is nothing to worry about.
