Pimples, redness in face, hand. Treatment?

Hello I went for 4 doctors specialized in skincare for my face I have redness on my cheeks and on my forhead
On my cheek it is only red but on the forhead there are also like pufness and pimples but no water inside it - some doctors said it is rosacea others give me alfacort but still I have the problem some days it become little the redness but other days it become to much and itching I do not know the reason even I ask the doctors if it is from food or anything else but they said no and there is no treatment only we can reduce the redness - I only get this from 4 years ago I am female age 36 years married - if you need picture I will send later

I can understand your concern.

I can't really appreciate the redness clearly on your forehead to diagnose it as rosacea. Could you please send me more pics which show all areas of redness and little closer view

From your history it could be rosacea. Metronidazole gel application is known to help with the redness.

I used rosez before also but the redness did not go . Is there anything else more stronger

Thanks for your reply.

From the pictures that you sent me it doesn't seem to be rosacea. It appears to be seborrheic dermatitis which is an eczema.

I would recommend application of a mixture of cortisone cream and clotrimazole cream twice a day for a week n see if it helps.

Atleast on the forehead it appears to be seborrhoeic dermatitis and not rosacea.
