Hello, a problem about the Genital area
A year ago or so now, a random pink/redish patch appeared, which itched at first- but then the itching stopped, but the pink flat patch remained, since then, some more have appeard, they don't cause me any grief, they are just there, however my testicles are also red, and a bit scaly, they itch from time to time
On my foreskin now, I have about 3 pink small flat patches, and 1 a little raised which is more red.
I'm not sure what the problem is,I am not sexually active, shower daily.
I could attach a picture to explain it more clear, but don't know if it's allowed here.

I can understand your concern.
You seem to have got psoriasis. The plaques that you have suggest that is psoriasis. Is a chronic skin disorder and can be kept in check with proper treatment. You need to apply a thick moisturizer on the patches. Also you can apply cortisone cream on it twice a day for ten days n see if it helps.
You will need to see your doctor for a prescription for a stronger steroid cream like mometasone in case cortisone doesn't help .
You can take tab. Claritin 5mg once daily at night to control the itching.

Cortisone will definitely help you.
