Positive double stranded DNA and no symptoms

Hi iam 23year female with no symptoms and I have positive ana and positive double strand DNA And I have low white blood count since iam 9 year old.what possibility of having SLE .and should I take any medication. Thank you.

To help you best, I would require details of all the tests. You have dsDNA and ANA positivity with low TLC which itself is matter of concern.

Can you post the reports. I also require anticardiolipin(aCL IgG & IgM) and lupusanticougulant(LAC). Coombs test both direct and indirect forms. Urine routine and microscopy.

Please reply as follow-up.
