Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your symptoms. I agree that your headaches are due to a combination of sinusitis and muscle tension headaches.
For sinuses, levocetrizine tablets along with steam inhalation would help you.
For muscle tension headaches, dosulepin (prothiaden) or amitriptyline tablets once daily at night would help you.
In addition, regular night sleep for 7-8 hours and avoiding any stress are also helpful.
BP control is along correct lines.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,

excellent

one last question is the MEDS YOU ARE SUGGESTINFG IS OVER THE COUNTER ?
ALSO DO YOU THINK I NEED AN MRI OF HEAD AND BRAIN FOR MY HEADACHES ?

Expert:  Dr. Jaydeep Tripathy replied 3 Days.

Hello,
No both the medicines need a prescription from your physician. They are not available over the counter.
At present MRI is not needed.
You need to take the medicines and update me in about a week's time if you feel better.
Regards.
