Hello
Thank you for your consult at DoctorSpring.com.

The pain could be indicative of a pelvic infection, especially if accompanied by foul smelling discharge, itching. It could also be suggestive of endometriosis , or maybe pre menstrual cramps. ( if you are due for your period )
Sometimes a mild bowel infection also could present this way.

Bending, working , exercising, or having slept in an abnormal posture, also can cause such a pulling kind of pain.

Try a hot water bottle and some rest.

Also, if the pain is too severe, an OTC antispasmodic can be taken too.

Meanwhile, if the pain does not subside with these primary measures, have a gynecological exam ( internal per vaginum and per speculum exam ) plus a Pap smear and a pelvic ultrasound.

Take care.
