Hello and thankyou for your reply.
If you used protection during sex, it is probable that your periods could be delayed as a result of stress. You probably will get your periods one of these days.
But the only definite way of knowing is to get tested.

I would advise you to do the following
1) Wait for a week, if you do not still get your period, buy a Urine pregnancy kit test from the pharmacy at test yourself.
If the test is negative, repeat it after another week.
2) If your test is positive you will have to visit the gynecologist.
3) If after 3 weeks from now, you still do get your periods it is advisable to visit the gynecologist and get the following tests done
Serum hCG levels, transvaginal ultrasound, and serum progesterone levels.

However if your lower abdominal pain worsens to severe cramps, you have dark coloured vaginal discharge, lower back pain, or nausea or vomiting please visit the Gynecologist IMMEDIATELY to rule out any complications of pregnacy like ectopic pregnancy (where the fertilized egg is implanted outside the uterus) or hydatidiform mole (a growth that forms inside the uterus at the beginning of pregnancy).

Only after doing the above tests will it be possible to diagnose the cause of your symptoms.
It is NOT advisable to take any medication without doing the above tests and please do not take self medications as it can lead to serious complications.

I hope this has helped.
Thankyou
