Resolved question:
I am in a foreign country and had a little accident and had to take the morning after pill. I took Postiner (the pill sold in Thailand) but the dosage directions were in Thai and the pharmacists did not speak english. I took one pill (with 4 hours of the incident) and then did some research only to find out that I was supposed to take both pills in one dose. I took the second pill about an hour after the first one...Will the pill still be effective?

Do you happen to know the name of the pill (Chemical name / brand name) ? There are certain pills you can take a repeat dose, just to be sure.
Anyway since you have taken the repeat dose within few hours there is no reason to worry. It should be as effective as a combined dose.
