I''ve been having red bump randomly on my body. I don't know what is it. It always goes away fast and I will get a new one on somewhere else. It doesn't really hurt unless I touch it. It does not itchy.

Thanks for your reply.
You seem to be having folliculitis which is bacterial infection of the skin.
I would recommend application of cortisone and neosporin cream twice a day for a week.
This will resolve the bumps.
