I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having folliculitis which is a bacterial infection of the skin.
I would recommend application of neosporin on the lesions, that would resolve them.
If you are getting recurring bouts of folliculitis, it indicates that you might be harboring the bacteria in your body folds and nostrils. The best way to treat that would be application of mupirocin cream in the nostrils and body folds for a week each month for six months.
