I had sex with my girlfriend last Sunday, and ever since then I developed an itching and burning sensation on the head of my penis and under my foreskin. And couple of days back i saw half a dozen red spots on the foreskin. There wasn’t itching anymore neither was burning sensation, but I am worried about these red spots which seem to be increasing both in numbers and in size with each passing day. I am confused what to do as sometime the density of red spots increases and sometimes it decreases?

In other cases, red spots are also caused by yeast formation. You need to consult a doctor, but the primary initiative you can take is to have a complete hygiene and cleanliness. Clean your pubic area thoroughly with medicated soaps and apply some anti-bacterial, anti-fungal cream. Also it has been seen that unless the fungal effect has been completely cured the problem goes and reappears time and again. So you need to be cautious about the medication, cleanliness and hygiene.
