Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Can you please share a high resolution picture of your nose? Focussing on the redness area?
That will give the doctor a better idea.

it is not red right now . just to explain exactly . it is slightly reddish on the top usually. but some days it cannot be seen at all and only can be seen when i wash my face or have a bath. that is all . i have pimples on my face which come and go goo on its own same way this redness sort of disappears . but after washing it is seen . just for anxiety wanted to ask can it be some serious problem .

Hello,
Thank you for your follow up.
If the nose is not persistently red it could be getting allergic and turning red.
There is really nothing to worry about.
However if it does happen again in near future, please upload a picture for me to review. I will keep the consult open.
Regards.

Hello,
Only your total bilirubin is slightly elevated.
What are your symptoms?

Yes any state with low immunity can lead to false negative results.
You need proper antibodies to be detected for any disease, HIV inclusive.
But specific tests for antigen ( p24, HIV RNA ) will be positive.
