Hello, Thank you for your consult at DoctorSpring.com. I understand your concern. In cases of high fever sometimes the eye can appear slightly reddish. However as you know it can also be conjunctivitis or it can be due to a lot of other causes. For the time being since she has high fever, i recommend the following : 1) Tab. Levofloxacin 500 mg twice daily after food for 5-7 days 2) Tab. Dolo 650 twice daily ( SOS ) - as and when required after food. If the fever is too high you can give her a tablet of dolo.
