Resolved question:

Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your symptoms, which are suggestive of vascular headache, similar to migraine.
You can start preventive medications such as propranolol or topiramate to reduce the frequency and severity of symptoms.
I presume MRI of brain, vitamin B12 level and thyroid profile have been done and they are within normal limits.
Best wishes,

Thank you for getting back.
It is good to note that CT scan and thyroid tests are normal.
Please get MRI brain and serum vitamin B12 tested.
