The CT scan images are not continuous for me to understand your problem and to opine on your query. CT scans are seen in sequences and not in just few slices of images ! The information provided is not sufficient.
Please send the whole sequence of images for commenting. Also with additional details on pathology report for clarification. Also include complete history of the patient. Your discharge summaries / CT reports / prescriptions may help me to understand your problem in a better way so that we can guide you in the right manner.

13/9/13 Cholelithiasis ( Lap-Choly Surgery done )
1/12/13 Post operation HPR from local private hospital : Well Differentiated adenocarcinoma- Gall Bladder
6/12/13 : Blood test (LFT & Blood urea, Serum count) [ result attached]
7/12/13 :Whole abdomen CT scan done ..result is awaiting
