Resolved question:
I am a 38 year old female and I have a history of asymptomatic HPV. I do have regular visits to my obgyn. I also have a tendency to form keloid scars. I have recently started to date a man who just revealed that he has genital herpes. He contracted it more than a decade ago and has since had long term relationships, including procreating with an ex-wife. He has not transmitted it to any of his partners. I want to gain a better insight to make an educated decision. What risks am I looking at? Thanks in advance.

Why are you in so much pain ?
I guess you are talking about polycystic ovaries, that condition does not cause pain.
Where exactly, and what kind of pain are you in ?
Also please upload reports that detail the ovarian cysts you are talking about.
That would help me to assess your disease and the pain.
