Severe gut pain, inflammation with burning sensation. ENDOSCOPY.

Resolved question:
I am a 23 year old healthy male (according to all my tests I am completely normal), but have been struggling with gut problems and discomfort for the past couple months. I have had countless tests done for infections (h. pylori), blood work, ct scans, endoscopy, colonoscopy and NOTHING shows up. I was really surprised because my main symptom that has been tormenting me for a while is that I will randomly wake up in the middle of the night with severe gut pain, inflammation and burning. Bowel movements are completely normal, and just about everything else is normal. I noticed depending on what I eat (like lactose products with sugar), my gut will get inflamed and bloated very easily. Another common occurrence is feeling like I have a leaky gut (like my gut is sweating contents) especially after my gut has had an episode of feeling inflamed.

I thought for sure I had Crohns disease when they did the colonoscopy because of my inflammation episodes but supposedly nothing showed up.

Should I try something like a capsule colonoscopy next? I hate it when 80% of the time, I feel normal if I am very careful with what I eat, but other times my gut will really hurt and feel inflamed to the extent where I can't even sit without my gut bothering me.

I think I actually damaged the lining of my small intestine about a month ago. Its difficult to explain, but I made quite a few dietary changes all at once and on one day I had an orange with very little other food in the morning and it felt like I had third degree burns in my gut for the rest of the day.
