Sharp pains in head, ears, tingling sensation. MIGRAINE?

Resolved question:
I have been experiencing headaches much more often recently. Almost every day. I do suffer from the occasional migraine but these headaches feel different. I will sharp pains and my ears will hurt at times. I also feel some tingling sensations in my fingers and at times face. I just feel weird and not myself. When people are talking to me, I feel like they talking in slow motion. I also have the same feeling when reaching for something. My head hurts more toward the back of my head and neck. I also get chest pain

Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your symptoms. Though migraines can change in nature and character, we need to investigate and exclude other causes. The most important test would be do a brain scan, preferably an MRI with MR venogram of brain. In addition, vitamin B12 and D deficiency should also be excluded.
Best wishes,
