Shrunken penis after MALARIA. Are blood reports normal?

Resolved question:
Goodafternoon Dr,

I recently complained about shrunken penis, but was advised that it might be nothing serious by one of the doctors here. (since I had malaria and typiod earlier – 2 weeks ago and I am probably recovering ) .

However, I went ahead to do a test and I have uploaded the results below. (please zoom as needed) Please could you let me know if you notice anything in this test result? Could any details from this test result indicate why I am having shrunken penis?

This is affecting me mentally and making me depressed because I now have size of 2 inches when not erect and 4.5 when erect. Please help me.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Your blood reports as well as your blood glucose is fine. Typhoid is cured. However there are still some malarial parasites, and it will take some more time to disappear from the serum.
Since you still have positive malarial parasites, the entire process of blood flow will be impaired and with impending fatigue, the erection won't be as strong. There is no reason to worry, because you can expect normal length erections within the next 1-2 weeks, by that time the malaria will be treated completely.
I know it's affecting you mentally, but i can assure you there is no reason to worry so much.
One more thing is if it continuously keeps bothering you, then even psychologically the erection process will not be proper. You need a proper frame of mind to have strong erections. So as a doctor, i can assure you, you just need to be patient and it will get better in due time, after your complete recovery.
Regards.
