Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
From the picture it does look like it has healed almost 80 %, even though it will take time for the skin to develop over the epidermis.
In the middle there is slight unhealthy granulation tissue, which can be due to infection or slow healing, Hence i will advise you to also apply Mupirocin ointment on the top of the area, which is not pink. You can also continue applying Silver Ex meanwhile. If there is no pus, or any active discharge, the chances of infection is remote, still application of Mupirocin/ T.Bact ointment will hasten the process of healing.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.

Hey thank you for the reply Should I apply t bact on that area and silver ex on the remaining area together or separately I have been told to apply coconut oil while I am sleeping so that it can dry quickly Should I do that or apply silver ex when I am going off to sleep And to clean silver ex I am using ns or should I use anything else Thank you

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
You should use both the silver ex and T.Bact but the interval should be at least 30 minutes.
By that time the drugs will be absorbed. I will advise you to use both the oitnements once in the morning and once in the evening. Make sure you use both of them, but there should be a gap of 30 minutes. You can use sliver ex in the entire area but T.Bact only in the part that is not pink.
Cocount oil can be used in the night before you sleep.
Regards.

Hi Thank you so much for the quick reply I should use them at an interval of 30 minutes and t bact only in the area which is slightly yellow, right? How much time do you think it will take for the skin to grow back?

Expert:  Dr. Jaydeep Tripathy replied 2 Days.

Hello,
Yes T Bact needs to be applied after 30 minutes in the area that is not pink.
The skin may take at least a month to grow back.
Send me a picture in 7 days, and i will let you know the exact duration.

Thank you again for the reply I will send you a picture again in 7 days It is paining a lot at the moment though Thanks again

You lost considerable amount of skin and hence till it grows completely pain is expected.
If it is too much, you should take a pain killer like Advil or Ibuprofen for pain relief.
Let me know in 7 days time.
Regards.
