Hi - I got what I think was a bee sting on my knuckle while I was sleeping last Sunday/Monday night. go to a DR? It's been almost a week and there is still a small bump and itching. Do I need to need to go see a Dr? Also...at this point is a sever allergic reaction still possible?

I understand your concern.
At this point, no severe allergic reaction is possible anymore. So, do not worry. Since no medication was taken the swelling has still not subsided.
I will advise you a course of Tab. Claritin 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 5 days, and this will reduce the itching as well as the swelling.
