Resolved question:
Yesterday, a small red spot appeared on the top of my hand. It is not really reaised or elevated and the appearance is that of a small burn sport or dry skin. Can you please advise?

I can understand your concern.
This could be an insect bite reaction or an acute dermatitis which is causing this spot.
I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with neosporin cream twice a day for a week and see if it helps.
