Small red, pink bumps under penis head without pain.

Resolved question:
I have had 3-4 small red/pink bumps, zit like, under the head of my penis for the past several years. I have no other symptoms associated with them. I have had 2 sexual partners, total. Both said they were STD free. I have ankylosing spondilytis and take NSAID, Humira.

Hello Dr. Sebastian,
I've now ensured that image stabilization is on. The camera I'm using has an approximate 16 MP capability and is at the maximum resolution. I'm hoping these next pictures will work better. I apologize for the blurriness of the prior images.
Best regards,
Jeff

Hello,
With a history of them being present over the past several years, they look like Fordyce spots which are benign swellings of the sebaceous gland. some glands fail to drain and hence present as minor bumps. There is nothing to worry about it. It is not because of any STD.
Regards.
