Sore penis, dry foreskin, itching, problem pulling back foreskin.

Hi Doctor,
I am having , sore penis, with kind of dry foreskin, irritation and itching is there, and white cheesy kind deposit under the foreskin.and i have problem in pulling back the foreskin since this infection , as foreskin is dry at the tip around the penis .please help

Hello Doctor , i have mailed the pics to info@doctorspring.com , I am trying to send the pics again here on this portal for easy reference.

  1. So Far i have a dry skin on the foreskin around the tip of penis and kind of difficult to pull the skin back.skin look kind of chafed ,problem is when it rubs with clothings
  2. I have no medical history like diabetes , yes will be tensed most of the days in office.
  3. While bathing , since past few days i was using Himalaya neem soap on my penis mildly to clean it .
  4. This problem is since past 2 to 3 days.
  5. Alcohol consumption is like ocassionly or rarely like twice a month or dont have at all.
  6. Since the foreskin was chafed, i have applied only boro plus for 1st two days and cleaned it with luke warm water.
  7. However prior to this i noticed white mark on my underwear,sometimes probably it happens 2nd or 3rd day when i dont change the underwear.
  8. also foreskin looks puffy and swollen

Please advice me suitable medicine i can apply on penis. Though i went through person research and find it similar to penile thrush, i havent implemented any medicine based on my personal research. Hoping to hear from you soon Thanks and Regards Amit

I can understand your concern.

You seem to be having candidial balanoposthitis. That is caused due to the yeast candidia albicans.

I would recommend that you take tab. Fluconazole 150 mg once a week for four weeks.

I would also recommend application of clotrimazole cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for three weeks.

I would recommend that you take bath twice daily and change your underwear twice daily.

Regarding the application of cream whether i need to apply only on foreskin or the penis head too also.And while bathing should i use cotton to wipe deposit of the penis

And what kind of food diet should i have in the medication period of three week.
And any other creams that i can purchase incase the prescribed medicine is not available .

Hello,
You should apply the cream over the lesions. Both foreskin and penis head.
These medicines are available all over the world. So you will easily get them.
Also there is no restriction on diet, so you can continue with your normal diet.
