I am not able to have child from last three years (marriage). Here i attached my test reports saying no sperm

It does seem there is some issue with your sperm production. The FSH levels are high which possibly indicates a primary hypogonadism. This could lead to infertility. Primary hypogonadism can be due to a lot of conditions. The first step is to do a set of tests are see whether this is really primary hypogonadism or not .
The semen report (if done correctly and in a specified lab) unfortunately shows a absence of sperms. The exact reason need to be found out by doing the above mentioned tests.
I understand this can be frustrating and a difficult period for you. But I suggest you to be under a proper medical care and to carry out further investigations.
