The symptoms of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea can indicate anything from as trivial as a mild gastroenteritis to Viral Hepatitis.
- Is there any history of outside food intake or any recent change in diet?
- What about vomiting? How many episodes per day?
- Has any antibiotic been taken for the symptoms?

You need to get your LFT evaluated.
It could be due to gastroenteritis, but with possible exposure to hepatitis C, you need to get a LFT done.
I will advise you to use Ondansetron 4 mg, each time before meals, to control your nausea for the time being.
