Sticky, transparent liquid when horny. What is this?

I'm aged 28. From past 4-5 years I've a leakage problem from my penis. It is not urine or sperm. It is like sticky and transparent kind of liquid which leaks when feeling horny. I feel embarrassed wen having sex. I cudnt understand the problem. Pls suggest a solution.
