Stomach pain, cramps with normal ENDOSCOPYS. Parasite?

I have severe stomach pain/ cramps and my abdomen hurts to the touch. I've had endoscopys and have been tested for parasites. Nothing appears unusual. These cramps have been bothering me for years and happen about 50% of the time (three or four times a week) Thanks, Vic

I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You have mentioned you have duodenitis.
Duodenitis can cause abdominal pain and tenderness.
That might explain your symptoms.
Get tested for H,pylori.
You can have good relief with PPI like prilosec.
If you are found positive for H.pylori, you may have to take triple therapy to eradicate it.
