I ve been experiencing a sharp sudden pain along with skin sensitivity to touch on my stomach ( left side under thorax) for the last two days. I was treated 4 moths ago for a pylori helicobacter infection and for indigestions. I was doing OK since then but the stomach pain started again. The pain makes me stop what I am doing at that moment and disturbs my sleep during the night.Today I start having migraine as well.
What should I do?

Pain in the upper abdomen on the left most often is due to peptic ulcer disease or pancreatitis. The other causes include left pleural (lining of the lung) and musculoskeletal pain.
I will keep peptic ulcer disease first in the list.
Take Nexium for relief.
Discuss with your gastroenterologist for getting an upper GI endoscopy and a serum amylase and lipase test done.
