Swelling, pain in gum, tooth, difficult opening mouth. INFECTION?

Resolved question:
Hi, I have severe pain in my gum / tooth. There is swelling on the inside of my mouth which is now visible on my cheek. I can only chew food from one side and it hurts a lot when i try to chew on the other side. Opening my mouth wide has also started becoming difficult. I think it is a gum infection. 3 of my wisdom tooth have been removed previously when i was getting recurrent infections. This infections seems to be caused by the same problem and around the last remaining wisdom tooth. I need medication to alleviate the pain, infection and swelling so I can go and get this last one removed as well.

Hello,
It could just be an earlier period.
SInce you do not have any cramping/ fainting etc, no need to go the hospital right away.
Wait and see if it develops into a proper period.
Take a pregnancy test after a week to be sure.
Once in a while, a period can be different from normal in terms of flow and timing.
If this recurs next month, or spotting persists, please consult a gynecologist.
You would need an internal exam, a Pap smear, a pelvic ultrasound scan and hormonal tests .
All the best
Also i assume you meant 105 pounds?
If you mean 105 kgs, you really need to work very hard on weight loss, as obesity can lead to hormonal disturbances and irregular periods.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
