Hello, Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring.

With your symptom of swollen lymph nodes in neck and increased WBC count points out to infection.

An infection causes the lymph nodes to swell. You can have antibiotics like clindamycin to relieve from the infection. Swollen gland can produce a lot of discomfort, if you have pain you can take over the counter medication like Tylenol.  You can apply a warm cloth on the swollen nodes, relieve your discomfort.

If you feel your swollen gland are increasing in size and you develop any difficulty iin breathing its important you see a physician immediately.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask follow-up questions
