Hi, I'm on trt. Lately if been experiencing symptopms of high hemoblobin / hermatocrit. Headaces and high blood pressure mostly. This night it's getting really bad, I'm short on breath and have mild chest pressure. You think it's safe to wait trough the night?

You possibly have Polycythemia Vera and it would be best to visit the ER as soon as you can.
So, I will definitely suggest you go to the ER as there are risk of clots.
