I think I may have herpes. I have these tiny little pimples on my penis. I dont feed tickling or pain. I had sex with a stranger 2 weeks ago with condom. I have pictures.

From the pictures, it doesn't seem to be herpes. Herpes usually presents with fluid filled blisters which are closely grouped together.
It seems like a bacterial or yeast infection.
I would recommend the application of neosporin cream and lotrimin cream twice a day for two weeks. That would resolve the infection.

Please could you send a picture again of the lesion the way it is now?
It seems like it is spreading to other parts of the penis. I am really worried now.
It is clustered but It is small and maybe my penis is not clean but I feel a thick layer on it
It looked exactly like two month ago and there is no pain whatsoever

The picture shows fordyce's spots which are ectopic sebaceous glands on the penis.
Its nothing to worry about, doesn't cause any harm and can be left alone without any treatment.
